Many of our products are personalized, so therefore our shipping times can vary slightly. However on average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase. Expedited shipping options only expedite the shipping times, not the actual production time prior to shipment. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. If the item you are ordering hasn’t been made yet, we can change the order for you.
